Caramel Apple Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Baileys Irish cream
- 1/2 oz. apple schnapps
- 1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps
- 2 oz. half-and-half or whole milk
- coarse sugar
- ground cinnamon
Instructions
The Honey Rose Margarita
Ingredients
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz honey water
2 dashes rose water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with rose petals (fresh or dried).
Pomegranate Martini
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pomegranate juice (or bottled)
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Fresh pomegranate seeds and lime slices for garnish, optional
Steps

1 – Fill martini shaker or 3-cup covered container half full with ice. Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds and lime slices; cover and shake.

2 – Pour into a martini or other tall glass. Pour through a strainer to keep the ice out of the glass.

3 – Garnish with lime slice, sugar rim, or even fresh pomegranate seeds in the drink!
Pumpkin Spice Martini
Ingredients:

Pour the vanilla flavored vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin flavored liqueur into a cocktail shaker & put in ice. Cover & shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
Cherry Blossom
Ingredients:
1.25 oz Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Grapefruit juice
.25 oz Grenadine
Grapefruit slice, Lime slice or maraschino cherry for garnish
Salt as needed or not (optional)
Instructions:
Pour all four ingredients into shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain into a salt rimmed martini glass or serve over ice. Garnish with a lime slice, grapefruit slice or cherry.

Fuzzy Leprechaun
Raspberry White Chocolate Cocktail
“This liquid dessert combines a white chocolate-flavored liqueur with vodka and half-and-half for a boozy and decadent drink.”
Combine white chocolate liqueur, raspberry simple syrup, vanilla vodka, half-and-half, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle chocolate shavings (optional) on top and add a mint sprig for fun. Another option is to combine all ingredients in a blender (only add 1/4 cup ice) for a more frothy drink. Enjoy!!
Lemon Lavender Champagne Fizzy
Ingredients
• 2 oz – Dry gin or vodka
• 1 tsp – Simple syrup or superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz – Lemon juice
• 2 tsp – Lavender syrup
• 5 oz – Brut champagne
Note: You can substitute the simple syrup & lemon juice with straight up Lemonade (Simply Lemonade is the best).
Directions
Shake well…gin (or vodka), lavender syrup, lemon juice, and simple syrup (or sugar) with ice in a cocktail shaker. Add champagne to already shaken cocktail shaker (do not shake again). Then strain into a martini glass that has superfine sugar on the rim. Time to celebrate!!
Prince Pum King
Ingredients:
1 oz Drambuie
1.5 oz pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
4 oz steamed whole milk (or half-n-half)
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
Steam milk (or half-n-half), pumpkin puree and spices together until hot. Double-strain into cup. Stir in Drambuie.
Option to top with milk foam and ground nutmeg. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Orange Spice Tea HOT TODDY Recipe
- ¾ cup water
- Orange Spice Black Tea
- 1 ½ ounces whiskey
- 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
- 1 lemon round or half moon
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a teapot or saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into a mug and add tea bag. Let steep for 2-4 minutes and remove tea bag.
- Add the whiskey, 3 teaspoons honey and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water. Taste. Add more honey for more sweetness, and/or more lemon juice for more zing.
- Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Ball Chocolate Martini Cocktail
“This liquid dessert combines chocolate-flavored liqueurs with peanut butter whiskey and half-and-half for a boozy and decadent drink.”
Squeeze a little chocolate syrup into martini glasses and set aside. Combine chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, Screwball’s Peanut Butter Whiskey, half-and-half, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!!

WHITE CHRISTMAS MARTINI
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounce white chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce white creme de cacao
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- Honey and coarse sanding sugar for rim garnish

Pour the honey into a shallow dish and put the sanding sugar in another shallow dish. Coat the rim of the glass in the honey; then dip the rim in the sugar to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared martini glass.
CRANBERRY BOURBON COCKTAIL
2 ounces bourbon
2 ounces cranberry juice (100% juice, unsweetened)
1/2 ounce rosemary sage simple syrup*
Splash of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Fresh rosemary and sage for garnish
In a glass filled with ice, add the bourbon, cranberry juice, rosemary sage simple syrup, and a splash of lemon juice. Stir to combine.
*Rosemary Sage Simple Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine one cup of sugar and one cup of water. Toss in a couple sprigs each of fresh rosemary and sage. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. This will take 5-8 minutes. Strain the herbs from the simple syrup and allow it to cool completely before using.

PEACH LEMON DROP
A lemon drop is a vodka-based cocktail that has a lemony, sweet and sour flavor, prepared using lemon juice, triple sec and simple syrup. It has been described as a variant of, or as “a take on”, the Vodka Martini. It is typically prepared and served straight up – chilled with ice and strained. Add a teaspoon of peach syrup and voila!!
